His professional responsibilities have included construction supervision, quantity surveying, property appraisal, preparation of construction estimates and bills of quantities, project inspections, valuation reports, and construction management.

His body of work includes published research and analysis papers, technical and industry articles, books, and contributions to professional and academic publications.
