The University of Digital and AI Management (UniDAIM) is pleased to announce that Dr. h.c. Gustav Juul has been awarded the Doctor of Humane Letters (L.H.D. Honoris Causa) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to leadership, organizational transformation, executive advisory, and human development.
The honorary degree was approved by the University’s Honorary Awards Committee following its review of Dr. Juul’s distinguished career and lasting contributions to leadership practice and organizational excellence. Over more than 25 years, he has advised senior executives, government officials, and institutional leaders across the United States, Latin America, and Europe, helping organizations navigate complex change through strategic leadership and people-centered transformation.
The Committee also recognized Dr. Juul’s contributions to leadership through his body of published works, which have advanced professional practice and made leadership concepts more accessible to diverse audiences. His work reflects a commitment to ethical leadership, collaboration, and lifelong learning, while promoting sustainable organizational and human development.
Commenting on the award, UniDAIM stated that Dr. Juul’s achievements closely align with the University’s mission of expanding access to education, advancing digital innovation, and preparing ethical leaders who use knowledge and innovation to create meaningful, positive change in society.
The Doctor of Humane Letters (Honoris Causa) is one of UniDAIM’s highest honorary distinctions. It is conferred upon individuals whose exceptional professional accomplishments, leadership, scholarship, and service have made a significant and lasting contribution to humanity and the advancement of society.
