This study examined the relationship between management information systems (MIS) and organizational decision-making at ZamZam Bank Head Office, Ethiopia, within an interest-free banking context. The study focused on information quality, timeliness, information accessibility, and system flexibility. A mixed-methods, cross-sectional case-study design was used. The target population comprised 15 managers who regularly used MIS-generated information, and all 15 were included through census sampling. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. The results showed positive relationships between all four MIS dimensions and organizational decision-making. Information quality and timeliness were statistically significant in the bivariate analysis, whereas information accessibility and system flexibility were not significant at the 5% level. The overall regression model was statistically significant, although none of the individual predictors reached p < .05.
