The Journal of Digital and AI Management (JoDAIM) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by the University of Digital and AI Management (UniDAIM). It is dedicated to advancing knowledge at the intersection of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, innovation, and management, providing a niche academic platform for high-quality research on how emerging technologies are reshaping organizations, industries, and society.
A core mission of JoDAIM is to develop the research skills of UniDAIM students by offering structured opportunities for scholarly writing, critical thinking, and academic publication. The journal also welcomes contributions from faculty members and external researchers, fostering an inclusive and interdisciplinary scholarly community.

The journal provides a niche, interdisciplinary platform for researchers, academics, students, practitioners, and policymakers to share innovative research, emerging trends, and evidence-based insights.
JoDAIM particularly supports the development of research capacity among UniDAIM students while also welcoming contributions from faculty members and external researchers worldwide. It encourages high-quality submissions that bridge theory and practice in the evolving digital economy.
The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, conceptual papers, and industry perspectives across areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital strategy, innovation management, business analytics, data science, digital governance, cybersecurity management, intelligent systems, automation, Industry 4.0, digital entrepreneurship, fintech, e-commerce, organizational transformation, technology adoption, ethical AI, and the societal and organizational impacts of emerging technologies.
Manuscript Requirements
- Submitted manuscripts must represent original work and must not have been previously published or be under consideration by another journal or publisher.
- All submissions must be written in English.
- Each submission must include:
- A title page
- An abstract of 100–200 words
- 3–7 keywords
- Full author information, including:
- Full name
- Institutional affiliation
- Current position/title
- Email address
- Biography in 100 words maximum.
- Manuscripts should not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, figures, and appendices. Exceptions may be considered for review articles, invited papers, or special issues at the discretion of the Editorial Board.
Referencing Style
All citations and references must strictly follow the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition referencing style. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all references. Manuscripts that fail to comply with APA 7th Edition guidelines may be returned for correction or rejected during the initial editorial review.
Ethical Standards
Authors must ensure that submitted work is original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism. Any use of copyrighted materials, data, figures, or illustrations must be appropriately acknowledged and authorized where necessary.
Publication Schedule
JoDAIM operates a continuous publication model. Accepted manuscripts are published on an ongoing basis throughout the year following completion of the editorial and review process.
Publication Fee
Publication fees apply only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.
- UniDAIM students and faculty: No fee is required
- Non-university authors: USD 100 per accepted article.

Authors should submit their manuscripts and all supporting materials in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) via email to: info@unidaim-edu.us
Authors will receive an acknowledgment of receipt, and eligible manuscripts will proceed to editorial screening and peer review.
