Dr. Cameron brings a multidisciplinary professional background spanning strategic management, construction technology and economics, quantity surveying, infrastructure finance, project governance, and related fields. His professional credentials include Level 8 postgraduate advanced diplomas in Strategic Management, Construction Technology and Economics, and International Development and Law, alongside professional memberships with Quantity Surveyors International (MQSi), the Society of Construction Law (MSCL), and the World Organization of Building Officials (MWOBO). He is also a Life Fellow of the International Society of Development and Sustainability (LFISDS).
His professional career has included roles as a quantity surveyor, construction economist, construction inspector, building scientist, project manager, valuer, researcher, and author. His work has covered construction and civil engineering projects, property valuation, infrastructure development, project cost management, and strategic management.
Dr. Cameron has also contributed to professional and academic knowledge through research publications, technical writing, and books. His research interests include infrastructure finance, macro-procurement, international development, environmental resilience, local content strategies, and the relationship between strategic management, finance, and infrastructure development.
