In addition, Mr. Saddey is an active advocate of responsible artificial intelligence and digital tools, promoting their ethical use to enhance efficiency, learning outcomes, and workplace safety in technical service environments.

Mr. Saddey’s academic engagement further complements his professional and humanitarian work. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with research focused on knowledge management and the transfer of tacit expertise in technical field service, alongside advanced qualifications in engineering, technical business administration, and management.
