He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in General Psychology, reinforcing his specialization in workplace behavior, leadership, and applied psychological systems.
In addition, he earned a DBA in General Management, as well as MBA, BBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Management & Technology, Virginia, USA. His academic journey is complemented by numerous honorary doctorates and professorships awarded by international institutions in recognition of his interdisciplinary contributions to psychology, management, and human development.

In his current role as Building Supervisor and Workplace Psychology Management Officer in Hong Kong, he applies psychological principles to enhance safety, communication, and organizational efficiency.
His contributions have been recognized through numerous awards, including honorary doctorates, fellowships, and professional distinctions across management, engineering, and psychology fields. Notably, he was previously conferred the title of Honorary Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and appointed as an Honorary Faculty Member at UniDAIM in 2025.
