He has played a central role in the successful development and commissioning of numerous coal, gas, and solar power projects, contributing significantly to energy infrastructure and industrial advancement.
As Chairman of a leading engineering consulting organization, he has overseen end-to-end project development—from concept design to commissioning—while driving innovation in plant efficiency, optimization, and environmental performance. His technical depth and strategic oversight have positioned him as a respected figure across the electricity value chain.
Academically, Dr. Srikumar holds a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate in Industrial Engineering, complemented by a postgraduate diploma in management. He is also a Chartered Engineer and a Professional Engineer with the Institution of Engineers in India, reflecting his strong professional standing and commitment to engineering excellence.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is actively engaged in philanthropic efforts, supporting initiatives focused on clean drinking water, autism awareness, and services for the visually impaired.
