UniDAIM Welcomes Dr. Kevin M. Rivera to Its Faculty as Affiliate Professor

The University of Digital and AI Management (UniDAIM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Kevin M. Rivera as an Affiliate Professor, strengthening the University’s commitment to academic excellence and global engagement. This appointment has been approved in recognition of his distinguished academic background, teaching experience, and growing contributions to research in management, business administration, and public policy.

Dr. Rivera holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management (PhDM) from the University of the Cordilleras, alongside a Master in Public Administration from St. Paul University Philippines, a Master in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Cum Laude) from Wesleyan University-Philippines. He is also a Licensed Professional Teacher and a recipient of Honor Graduate Eligibility under the Philippine Civil Service Commission. His academic journey reflects a strong multidisciplinary foundation aligned with UniDAIM’s focus on digital innovation and leadership.

An accomplished educator, Dr. Rivera has served in various academic roles across institutions in the Philippines and internationally, including his current engagement as a Professor/Lecturer at Yhank Institute in Malta and as a Graduate School Guest Lecturer and Statistician at the College of the Immaculate Conception. His teaching portfolio spans business, management, and research methodology, with a particular strength in statistical analysis and applied research.

In addition to his teaching roles, Dr. Rivera has built a solid research profile, with multiple peer-reviewed publications focusing on corporate social responsibility, digital transformation, marketing strategy, and financial systems. He also contributes to the academic community as a journal reviewer and advisory board member, supporting the advancement of scholarly work in management and related fields.

Through this appointment, UniDAIM welcomes Dr. Rivera to its global academic network and looks forward to his contributions in advancing research, teaching, and innovation in digital and AI-driven management education.
