The University of Digital and AI Management (UniDAIM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Gaurav Dhiman, SMIEEE, as an Affiliate Professor, marking a significant addition to the University’s global academic and research leadership.
Dr. Dhiman is an internationally recognized computer scientist, listed among the Highly Cited Researchers (2023) by Clarivate Analytics and ranked in the World’s Top 2% Scientists by Elsevier and Stanford University. A Senior Member of IEEE and a prolific researcher, he has made groundbreaking contributions across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Evolutionary Computing, Deep Learning, Optimization, Quantum Algorithms, Software Engineering, and next-generation technologies.
He has published extensively in high-impact SCI journals, authored multiple books, and developed numerous advanced metaheuristic algorithms widely used in engineering and computational intelligence. His research output exceeds 18,000 citations, reflecting strong global influence.
Dr. Dhiman currently serves as Assistant Professor at the School of Sciences and Emerging Technologies, Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University. He has also held academic positions at Government Bikram College of Commerce and Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. His editorial leadership spans prestigious journals, including:
