The University of Digital and AI Management (UniDAIM) proudly announces the appointment of Dr. Fernan Napili Torreno as Affiliate Professor, bringing to the institution his outstanding expertise in nursing education, clinical leadership, and global healthcare practice.
Dr. Torreno, a highly credentialed nursing scholar, holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science, a Master of Arts in Nursing majoring in Nursing Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. His professional journey spans significant roles across the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, and Libya, including PICU Staff Nurse, Clinical Instructor, Emergency Room Nurse, and long-serving Faculty Member in various universities.
With rich experience in medical-surgical nursing, pediatric care, maternal and child health, emergency services, and community health, Dr. Torreno has also excelled in academic coordination, curriculum development, and student mentorship. He is an active researcher with numerous published datasets contributing to international nursing scholarship.
