The University of Digital and AI Management (UniDAIM) has awarded the title of Honorary Professor of Strategic Management and Institutional Leadership to Dr. Zoltan Richtárik, in recognition of his distinguished executive leadership, academic achievements, and contributions to institutional development within the healthcare, spa, and wellness sector.
Dr. Richtárik currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and incoming Chief Executive Officer of Liečebné termálne kúpele Sklené Teplice, a.s., where he has led strategic transformation initiatives focused on operational excellence, financial sustainability, and service quality. Alongside his executive career, he holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and a PhD in International Business Management, complemented by extensive professional certifications and applied research activities. UniDAIM’s Honorary Award Committee highlighted his ability to bridge academic theory with executive practice and his engagement in sectoral development and professional discourse.
