The University of Digital and AI Management (UniDAIM) is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Navinkumar G. Kunarathinam as an Affiliate Professor, strengthening the university’s academic and industry-focused expertise.
Dr. Navinkumar holds a Doctor of Business Administration from California Metropolitan University and brings extensive experience across higher education, corporate management, and professional training. He currently serves as a Senior Lecturer and MBA Supervisor at IPD OUM Malaysia and is an HRD Corp–Accredited Trainer.
His professional background includes senior leadership roles in multinational organizations as well as consultancy work in business development, compliance, and occupational safety and health.
With expertise spanning business administration, risk and compliance management, workforce development, and applied professional training, Dr. Navinkumar’s appointment supports UniDAIM’s commitment to delivering practice-oriented education aligned with digital transformation and industry needs.
