UniDAIM Appoints Dr. Benjamin Jeremiah Wee as Affiliate Professor

The University of Digital and AI Management (UniDAIM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Benjamin Jeremiah Wee as an Affiliate Professor, further strengthening the University’s commitment to academic excellence and industry relevance in healthcare and management education. Dr. Wee brings with him a wealth of professional and academic experience spanning healthcare operations, medical education, and strategic leadership across leading institutions.

Dr. Wee holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), a Master of Health Administration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and a Diploma in Health Sciences (Nursing). He is also an International Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management. In addition to his academic qualifications, he has completed numerous professional certifications in quality management, business continuity planning, and leadership development, further underscoring his multidisciplinary expertise.

Currently serving as Group Head of the NUHS Graduate Medical Education Office, Dr. Wee oversees the accreditation, administration, and continuous improvement of residency training programs across multiple hospitals and medical institutions. His leadership extends to managing large-scale educational frameworks, ensuring compliance with international standards, and enhancing the quality of postgraduate medical training. He also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer and Module Leader, contributing actively to the development and delivery of healthcare management and leadership curricula.

Dr. Wee’s appointment as Affiliate Professor at UniDAIM reflects the University’s ongoing mission to integrate real-world expertise into its academic ecosystem. His extensive experience in healthcare systems, combined with his passion for teaching and mentorship, will play a vital role in enriching UniDAIM’s programs, particularly in the areas of healthcare management, leadership, and digital transformation in healthcare.
