1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering with UniDAIM, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable university policies. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
- You must provide accurate and complete information during application and enrollment.
- UniDAIM reserves the right to verify your details and may decline or revoke enrollment if false or misleading information is provided.
3. Programs and Services
- UniDAIM offers online, self-paced programs in Digital Strategy and AI Management at the BBA, MBA, and DBA levels.
- Learning materials, modules, and assessments are delivered digitally and may be updated or revised to maintain relevance and quality.
- Certificates are currently issued in digital format (soft copy); physical copies may be offered in the future.
4. Fees and Payments
- UniDAIM is a tuition-free institution. Students are only required to pay an administrative fee to cover operational costs.
- Fees are refundable according to our Refund Policy.
- UniDAIM currently accepts payments through Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer.
- Upon acceptance of admission or nomination, candidates are required to complete payment within fourteen (14) days. Failure to do so by the stated deadline will result in the expiration of the offer and removal of the candidate’s record from our database, necessitating a new application for reconsideration.
5. Student Responsibilities
- Comply with UniDAIM’s Code of Conduct and academic policies.
- Maintain academic integrity in all coursework, assessments, and submissions.
- Respect the rights of other students, faculty, and staff in all interactions.
6. Intellectual Property
- Course materials, videos, texts, and other resources are the intellectual property of UniDAIM and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
- Students retain ownership of their original work but grant UniDAIM the right to use submitted assignments for academic review and quality assurance.
7. Technology Use
- Students are responsible for having reliable internet access and compatible devices to participate in courses.
- Misuse of UniDAIM’s digital platforms (including unauthorized access or distribution of materials) is prohibited.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- UniDAIM values your privacy. Personal data collected will be used only for academic and administrative purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Disciplinary Action
- Violations of these Terms may result in disciplinary measures, including warnings, suspension of access, or permanent dismissal.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
- UniDAIM provides its programs and services “as is.” While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or absolute error-free content.
- Recognition of degrees, certificates, or qualifications may vary by employer, institution, or country. Students are responsible for verifying recognition in their own context.

11. Limitation of Liability
- UniDAIM is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our services, except where required by applicable law.
12. Amendments to Terms
- UniDAIM may update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the university website or official channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
